中国银行副行长陈四清与波音公司高级副总裁、波音金融公司总裁在北京签署中国银行与波音《合作备忘录》。根据《合作备忘录》，双方将寻求以非排他性为基础的具体项目互惠合作，包括但不限于：波音飞机预付款融资；波音飞机销售融资；波音飞机交付融资；货机改造、零备件与其他航空相关融资机会；美、中进出口融资机会。
中国银行是国内最早参与航空行业及飞机融资业务的商业银行之一，也是国内唯一全资控股国际专业化飞机租赁公司（中银航空租赁）的商业银行，并与客户遍布90个国家和地区的波音公司有着多年的合作历史。
